Yoshikane Hamono is a renowned blacksmith shop located in Sanjo, Niigata. Founded in 1919, it is currently led by Mr. Kazuomi Yamamoto, who continues to impress with his constant evolution and excellence in knife-making.
Features of the Santoku Knife
This unique series features a Santoku knife, meticulously forged from SLD tool steel and enveloped in stainless Damascus cladding. SLD is classified as semi-stainless steel, and despite its ability to develop a slight patina with heavy use, it is known for its minimal maintenance requirements and high durability.

Returns: Eligible purchases may be returned within 180 days with a free prepaid return label. Knives sharpened by Tokushu Knife or fitted with a custom handle remain eligible if they are otherwise new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. The same refund terms apply.
