We are excited to announce a new service as part of our continued mission to support the knife community - Fast and Free Shipping! Here's everything you need to know:
Within the United States
We offer Fast and Free Shipping on any order over $65. This service is automatically applied at checkout. We primarily use UPS Ground, which typically delivers your package within 2 - 5 days from the time your order is shipped. Our store, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, operates daily pickups by UPS to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly.
Please note, if you have requested additional services such as sharpening or a custom handle, it may add 1 - 3 days to your delivery time as we complete the requested work.
Canada
We understand that our Canadian customers often prefer USPS service over UPS due to potential high import fees. When we ship via USPS, they sometimes don't charge taxes, and if they do, it's generally at a fair rate without additional "processing fees". If we do use UPS, we guarantee there will be no processing fees - if there are, simply contact us, and we'll cover them! Please note, we do not cover customs taxes.
Shipping to Canada is free on orders over $199 when you use the code 'FAST AND FREE' at checkout.
Worldwide Shipping
Enjoy Fast and Free worldwide shipping on orders over $199 when you enter the code 'FAST AND FREE' at checkout! We generally use DHL for international shipping. (UPS only for UK) It is the customer's responsibility to understand their own customs and import laws and pay any import tax. We strive to make international shipping as smooth as possible and welcome your feedback to improve this experience
We're happy to ship to most locations globally with express shipping for a nominal fee of about $39. Please be aware, UPS and DHL often charges broker fees for imports.
All customs and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not include these in our prices.
