We stand behind every blade we sell. If you are not 100 % satisfied, you may return any item within 180 days of delivery—no shipping cost, no hassle.

• Return window: 180 days from the date you receive your order
• Cost to you: None – free, prepaid return label provided
• Condition: Item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included components
• Sharpened or custom-handled knives: A knife sharpened by Tokushu Knife or fitted with a custom handle remains eligible if it otherwise meets the condition requirements above. The same return and refund terms apply.
• Exchanges: Place a new order any time; we’ll refund the original as soon as it arrives back
• Issues on arrival: Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

How to Start a Return

Email Tony@TokushuKnife.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a prepaid label and step-by-step instructions. Please wait for our email before sending anything back.

Refund Timing

We’ll inspect your return within 2 business days of arrival. Approved returns are refunded automatically to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–5 business days to post the credit.

EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to consumers located in the European Union.

In addition to the Tokushu Knife 180-Day Free Return Policy, EU consumers have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party chosen by you, receives the goods.

You do not need to give a reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may do this by:

• Emailing us at Tony@TokushuKnife.com
• Using the withdrawal function available on our website, where provided
• Sending us any clear written statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

Please include your order number so we can identify your purchase quickly.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, please return the goods within 14 days.

Tokushu Knife provides a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds Under the EU Right of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund:

• The price paid for the returned item
• The standard outbound delivery cost, if you paid one

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including items that are customized, personalized, engraved, altered, or made to your specifications.

However, Tokushu Knife’s separate voluntary 180-Day Free Return Policy still accepts knives sharpened by us or fitted with a custom handle when they are otherwise new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. The same return and refund terms apply.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.
