Free Shipping within the United States
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the U.S.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 1 - 5 business days after our 2-business-day fulfillment period.
Express Shipping within the United States
- Customers can select UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air at checkout for faster delivery.
- Orders with express shipping are prioritized in fulfillment, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing, especially if custom work is required.
- Express shipping applies to business days only (Monday - Friday).
International Shipping
- We ship all international orders via UPS - DDP (Duties Paid), meaning customs duties, taxes, and VAT are included in the product price—no surprise fees upon delivery.
- International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing and are in addition to our 2-business-day fulfillment period.
Shipping Timeframe & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Address & Restrictions
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We provide shipping insurance on every order. If your package is lost or delayed, we handle the claim process to secure a refund or replacement.
