TokushuKnife.com is our U.S.-based store. We ship within the United States and to supported international destinations. Customers outside the United States may also shop at TokushuKnife.eu for regional inventory, pricing, delivery options, and support.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
Orders are normally fulfilled within 2 business days.
UPS Ground transit is typically 1–5 business days after fulfillment.
Custom handle installation or sharpening may add 1–2 business days.
Express options may be offered at checkout. Carrier service days exclude weekends and holidays.

International

Supported international orders placed on TokushuKnife.com typically ship via FedEx Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Tokushu Knife pays all applicable import duties and taxes on the customer's behalf. Customers are not responsible for paying duties or taxes. Available destinations, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. The carrier may vary when necessary, but duties and taxes remain paid by Tokushu Knife.

If a carrier requests payment of duties or taxes on a TokushuKnife.com order, contact us before paying.

Tracking, Addresses, and Claims

Tracking details are emailed after shipment.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Every order is insured. If a package is lost or not delivered, we handle the claim process.
