Important Note: Our Japanese-made Chinese Cleavers are crafted with thin, hard steel and are specifically designed for vegetable preparation. These cleavers are not suitable for cutting through bone. If you require a cleaver for butchery, please refer to the product description for models explicitly designed for cutting meat.
