Experience the epitome of Japanese craftsmanship with the Yu Kurosaki Senko Ei 210mm Gyuto. Renowned for his superior knife-making skills, Yu Kurosaki has once again crafted a masterpiece that seamlessly balances strength, precision, and beauty.
Exceptional Performance
The Senko Ei series showcases Kurosaki-san's unparalleled ability to create knives that excel in performance. This 210mm Gyuto is meticulously designed to handle a variety of kitchen tasks, from slicing through dense root vegetables to making precise cuts on delicate herbs. The secret lies in its ultra-thin blade and expertly executed convex grind, which ensures effortless slicing and dicing.
Stunning Aesthetics
True to the Senko line's reputation, this knife is not just a tool but a work of art. The blade features distinctive hammer marks arranged in a mesmerizing triangular pattern, combined with a high polish that catches and reflects light beautifully. This unique design adds a touch of elegance to your kitchen and makes the knife stand out among others.
Premium Materials
Crafted with SG2 powdered metallurgical stainless steel, the core of the blade boasts exceptional sharpness and edge retention, hardened to an impressive 62 HRC. The knife's construction follows the traditional san-mai technique, with stainless steel cladding that enhances durability and rust resistance. The eye-catching cladding not only adds to the knife's visual appeal but also facilitates easy food release, making your cooking experience smoother.
Ergonomic Design
The knife is equipped with a finely crafted octagonal handle made from premium rosewood, complemented by a blonde pakka wood ferrule. This combination ensures a comfortable and secure grip, allowing for extended use without fatigue. The balance and ergonomics of the handle perfectly match the blade's performance, creating a cohesive and efficient cutting tool.
