Yoshikane SKD Nashiji 150mm Honesuki (No Handle)

Yoshikane Hamono, a 4th generation company from Sanjo city, presents the Yoshikane SKD Nashiji 150mm Honesuki. Forged by master blacksmith Kazuomi Yamamoto, this knife boasts a SKD12/A2 semi-stainless steel blade with excellent edge retention and a rustic Nashiji finish. The razor-thin edge ensures elite cutting prowess, providing an experience that will delight both amateur and seasoned cooks. However, this knife requires gentle handling and respect for its craftsmanship to avoid chipping.

Honesuki is a boning knife primarily designed for poultry processing. The sturdy, pointy tip ensures precision and minimum waste, while the protruding heel facilitates the separation of cartilage. Whether you're breaking down a whole chicken or larger cuts of pork or lamb, this knife is a versatile asset in the kitchen. Remember to keep the edge dry and clean to prevent rust spots.
