Key Features:
- High-performance SRS13 powdered steel for excellent edge retention and durability
- Beautiful design with customizable handle options
- Comfortable in hand with a rounded heel edge
- Low maintenance and easy care
FIRST IMPRESSIONS The SRS13 high-performance powdered steel combines the best of both worlds - the durability and edge retention properties of carbon steel with the convenience of stainless steel. Right out of the box, the knife boasts a great edge that retains its sharpness while performing at an exceptional level.
BEAUTY Tsunehisa offers a variety of SRS13 knife styles, allowing you to choose between Japanese wa or Western-style yo handles to suit your personal preference and aesthetic. No matter your choice, each knife is finished to an excellent standard, ensuring both functionality and elegance in your kitchen.
IN HAND Experience the joy of using a knife that is not only comfortable in hand but also showcases meticulous attention to detail. The rounded heel edge adds to the comfort, while the darker handled migaki knives display a higher level of finishing compared to the lower-priced oak handled options.
DURABILITY With a hardness of 63-64 HRC, the SRS13 steel provides a sharp edge and a high level of durability. This means your knife will withstand the test of time, maintaining its performance even after regular use.
EASE OF CARE The stainless core steel and cladding make this knife low maintenance, perfect for those who want to focus on food prep without the added worry of intricate knife care. Simply follow normal care instructions and enjoy the high level of performance this knife offers.
OUR VERDICT This outstanding range combines a fantastic design aesthetic with high-quality, easy-to-maintain steel that holds a wicked edge. What's not to love?
