I ordered this knife in a 270mm Gyuto..!! The work is absolutely awesome and stunning..! I reached out to Zach and Tony .!! Let me tell you this ..!! Both of these guys are awesome and gave me above and beyond they best advice and service..!! Tony showed me several knives over a few days time..!! I finally came to a decision and chose this Gyuto in 27omm ! I not only am happy with everything..!! Everything was awesome and shipped everything was super nice and fast ..!!
