Introducing the Naohito Myojin Cobalt Special Bunka 180mm No Handle, a masterpiece from the young, yet immensely talented sharpener, Naohito Myojin. Based in Kochi prefecture, Myojin, despite his workshop Myojin Riki Seisakusho not being as renowned as those from Sakai or Echizen, has made a significant mark in the industry. He is notably the sharpener behind the esteemed Tetsujin brand and Konosuke's 'Fujiyama' line.
This Bunka knife, known for its versatility and precision, is a testament to Myojin's skill and dedication to the art of knife-making. The blade, crafted from Cobalt Specialty Steel with a stainless cladding, ensures both durability and exceptional sharpness.
