Masakage Yuki Gyuto 240mm

This exquisite 240mm gyuto from the Masakage Yuki lineup is meticulously crafted by master blacksmith Yoshimi Kato. Featuring a Shirogami #2 carbon steel core, this knife is clad in an easy-to-maintain stainless steel, offering a perfect blend of performance and practicality. Shirogami #2 is renowned for its keen edge-taking capabilities, and when combined with the Yuki’s incredibly thin grind, it ensures unparalleled performance in the kitchen. Aesthetically, the Yuki boasts a refined yet rustic nashiji (pear skin) finish, adding character to its appearance. Please note that individual knives may vary from the posted specifications, and the core steel is reactive and will patina with normal use.
