At Tokushu, we are proud to carry knives from esteemed blacksmiths like Kei Kobayashi. Before embarking on his journey of crafting kitchen knives, Kobayashi-san was renowned in Seki city as a talented sharpener and polisher, collaborating with some of the region's top blacksmiths. Now, he leads his own line, creating exceptionally thin knives from high-quality SG2 (R2) powdered stainless steel.

The 150mm petty, also known as a sandwich knife in some regions, is Kobayashi-san's masterpiece for all sandwich-making needs.
