Great Knife!

The Hatsukokoro 210mm Gyuto is a great all around knife. Being that it's a blue carbon steel its easy to sharpen and it hold its edge. What I like about this gyuto and all the Hatsukokoro knifes is that it has a rustic look on its own, really cool. I also have the Hatsukokoro Nigiri and petty knifes all are great knifes by themselves.
