Shigeki Tanaka es un herrero de cuarta generación altamente calificado que trabaja en su taller ubicado en la ciudad de Miki. Tanaka-san se entrenó en la aldea de cuchillos Takefu en Echizen, Japón. En TKV absorbió rápidamente muchas habilidades que se muestran plenamente con sus cuchillos de renombre mundial. Todos sus cuchillos están forjados a mano en su pintoresco taller.
