Exactly what expected

A very sharp knife ootb with a clean grind on the single bevel side. I cleaned a Branzino the same day I got the knife in the mail and it was a way better experience filleting a fish than a gyuto. I’m excited to hone my skills more as time goes on getting cleaner fillets and maximum yealds.

Incredibly beautiful knife

This is one of the prettiest knives I own. Solid in the hand, and cuts like it's going through butter.

Such a nice knife. I was looking for a deba but not mass produced and stumbled across this little gem. I never thought of a K tip deba but I'm here for it. It has heft in the hand and the grind on both sides and all edges are done extremely well. I'm taking a fish butchery class soon and I'm excited to put this to work.
