Excellent knife. Great value for the price!!
Dao Vua keeps killing it with these budget friendly knives. The new steel is nice, good edge retention, knife is slightly heavier than I anticipated. But it's also huge. So far I've used it to breakdown 12 full chucks, 24 eye rounds, and 4 boneless pork shoulders and I'm just now starting to feel a real need to sharpen. the daya fits perfect A razor out of the box, the handles are an upgrade from the v2 and all in all I'd recommend this to anyone shopping for a slicer.
