Yu Kurosaki Fujin

When you see a Yu Kurosaki blade up close, it's an “Oh, now I get it!” type of experience. They are as functional as they are beautiful. These are very low maintenance, nice looking, and cut well with great edge retention. The thin grind makes it a more delicate, high performance knife. Notably, Fujin knives are becoming increasingly difficult to acquire due to their high demand and limited production.
