Fantastic Custom Kiritsuke Gyuto

The Cypress and light horn handle perfectly complement the Kasumi finish of the blade. The workmanship of the blade is top notch and Myojin San once again proves why his skills are so in demand. Cutting feel and performance are the best I have ever felt. I loved this knife so much I reached out to Tony about acquiring a Sujihiki from Tetsujin, he promptly replied with options available and I just got my matching 240mm k tip sujihiki with Cypress and light horn handle in the mail. First rate service and products with a willingness to help one create a custom piece.
