I love it

I am a little ashamed to admit that this is my first Japanese knife, as it feels like an instrument well over my skill.
Personally I love it, but I know nothing about knives, but this feels great to use. and it's making me cook way more than before. I've sliced and diced vegetables and meat better than I ever did. Vegetables tend to stick like glue to the blade though, which is a bit annoying in some particular cases like beets or carrots but hey: that's a problem with most of the knives in my home.
There is a detail I'm not 100% on: the logo is painted on the knife and it seems to be quickly fading with use. It's of course only an aesthetics detail, but I'm sad to see the signature of the artisans that made it disappear.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
The people from Tokushu have been great as well, and the delivery with DHL was excellent and even arrived early: Friday, instead of the ETA of the following Monday.
