Hand-forged in Sakai by master blacksmith Satoshi Nakagawa, this gyuto combines a striking etched-Damascus finish with next-generation SPG STRIX powdered stainless steel. Expect exceptional edge retention, stainless convenience, and a fine grain structure that sharpens easily. We received only two of these in a rare release from Nakagawa-san.
