Mcusta Zanmai Kitchen Shears

The Zanmai kitchen shears are a sturdy yet simple addition to the kitchen. They come apart to allow easy washing. The front side features an elegant Sakura etching, adding a touch of Japanese aesthetic to their functionality.

Made in Seki, Japan, Mcusta combines modern technology with traditional Japanese craftsmanship to produce hand-finished custom quality production knives. These shears would make a great addition to your cutlery set, measuring 8.5 inches long and featuring stainless steel blades with synthetic covers on the handles.

Top of the line (use & esthetics), with blade-capable-separation for that total clean, every professional is looking for.

Every chef in the kitchen in which I work, who has ever used them, tells me that they "LOVE THEM,", and though I'm typically 99.99% about performance-over-esthetics (with my blades/handles), having the VG10 damascus/tsuchime surface, makes them such a JOY to both look at, and to use each-and-every single-time I reach for them.
