These blade guards are an affordable yet effective alternative to using a saya. Made with a durable hard plastic exterior and a soft felt interior, they provide excellent protection for your blade's edge whether at home or in a professional kitchen.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure blades are completely dry before inserting them into the blade guard. Retained moisture can be trapped inside the guard, leading to potential rusting of your knives.
Shipping, returns and order protection
US shipping: Free on orders over $99. Orders are normally fulfilled within 2 business days, and UPS Ground transit is typically 1–5 business days after fulfillment. Custom handle installation or sharpening may add 1–2 business days.
Returns: Eligible purchases may be returned within 180 days with a free prepaid return label. Knives sharpened by Tokushu Knife or fitted with a custom handle remain eligible if they are otherwise new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. The same refund terms apply.
Order protection: Every order is insured. If a package is lost or damaged, contact us at Tony@TokushuKnife.com and we will handle the claim.
Outside the US: Supported international orders from TokushuKnife.com typically ship via FedEx Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Our catalog includes stainless, semi-stainless and carbon steels selected for edge performance and durability. Carbon steels may develop a patina, while stainless steels are designed to resist discoloration. Follow the care guidance on each product page, hand wash only and dry the knife promptly after use.

I have them on all my knifes , ones in the drawer, when I take to friends house . Must have for 4.00 each . I have extras that I gift to family and friends. Lots of sizes .

Blade Guards
They're blade guards, and they do what they are supposed to. I did have a problem with the 210 mm guard; it doesn't quite cover the entire edge of the Tojiro DP 210 gyuto, but it is only about half a millimeter—just something to point out.
The knife is as described. Well made and very light to handle. Very sharp except for the tip which is not tempered and will not hold a sharp edge. I would have happily rated 5 stars if it not for the lack of blade tip temper. I would still recommend this knife.

Solid performance to get you going before you hopefully get a saya. otherwise, you have to be very careful to dry the knife before storing it in this guard

These blade guards are an excellent way to keep your knives protected when traveling. I always bring my knives to prepare food outside my own house and when I do I am sure to put this guard on to protest the blade during transportation so that I always have the perfect cutting tool wherever I am.
