Serie FSR
Estas tablas de cortar están hechas de polietileno (plástico) de alta calidad. Como tal, los hace bastante resistentes a las manchas y resistentes a cortes profundos ocasionales. Dado que se trata de una tabla más blanda, es ideal para el delicado corte de pescado con una yanagiba. Como el tablero es algo "pegajoso", también significa que tus piezas no se moverán.
La rigidez adicional de la tabla también significa que no se deformará ni doblará si la coloca en el lavavajillas a altas temperaturas.
En cuanto a la higiene, no hay que preocuparse por el núcleo de madera. Está cubierto y sellado bajo gruesas capas de plástico y, a menos que el tablero sufra daños graves, el núcleo nunca quedará expuesto.
