Nunca exponga esta sartén a fuego alto y siempre déjela enfriar antes de limpiarla. Evite sumergir una sartén caliente en agua, ya que podría deformarla y dañarla. Después de cada uso, lave la sartén a mano con agua caliente y jabón, utilizando un paño suave para evitar dañar el condimento de la sartén. Una vez limpia, seque bien la sartén y aplique una fina capa de aceite para protegerla contra la oxidación.
