The quality exceeding the price

bought the knife and use it for a few days. cut everything from veggie to meet to shrimp. great all around knife for kitchen abuse. cut as good as blue steel #2 and very very nimble to use. the edge is holding well without any issue and easy to clean up. one thing that stand out along with edge retention is the food release. I used SG2 knife and when i slide steak to thin slide for my Phở dish, the thin slide release with ease. love the knife and plan to buy another one as gift to my friend if it is not sold out when i have money.

Bought a cheap handle too and Zach install it for me. I do like those high end handle but it cost more than my blade and I can not afford it :)
