Honesuki knife

Ive purchased the same knife fro. Knives togo and it doesnt come with a knife guard so i really appreciate that. I will say from all my research this brand is very overpriced but the provider of the actual knives are almost nonexistent. Other than that, it showed up promptly and is just as nice as my last.

companion to a chinese chef knife

This honesuki is just what I need to go with my cck kf1301 chinese chef knife. It is a boning knife, and a petty knife, and like the cck, it is a productive cutting machine. I love the flattened octagonal handle.

These knives are the best bargain, and wonderful to use. I have 5 sizes.
This company is fantastic to deal with !

Beater boner

I bought a Dao Vua because of the shape and the cost. I wanted a knife to practice boning, sharpening, and not have to worry about ruining a $350 knife. I know the limitations of the steel but I'm nowhere near as cautious as I would be with a Blue #2 boner. I've bought a couple of other types of Dao Vua for friends. For the price, the quality is amazing.

My first boner

I don't have a lot of money so I bought a low cost boning knife because I always get nervous about cutting around bone with my other knives. I also bought a strop. This is going to be my primary edge maintenance regimen.
