Nakagawa-san, who trained under the iconic Kenichi Shiraki, brings nearly 20 years of expertise to each blade, now leading Nakagawa Hamono with a reputation for excellence.
Featuring a core of Blue Steel #1, this Gyuto offers reduced reactivity and impressive edge retention, wrapped in an elegant Damascus cladding. The Ngoc Am handle is made of a rare fragrant variety of Cyprus and smells a bit like eucalyptus, complemented by a buffalo horn ferrule, provides both a refined look and a balanced grip, making it ideal for professional and home chefs alike.
