Hasegawa Pro-Soft Cutting Board FSR20-5030

Excellent board, indispensable while using expensive and very sharp knives. Best for precise seafood cuttings and vegetable prep decoration. Get the soft abrasive sponge for easier cleaning. I also own one Asahi Parker board; I prefer this one because of a softer surface. Recommended

Love it. We already had some Hasegawa cutting boards, but the ones we had were too big for our dishwasher. The 50cm x 30cm boards here, though, are exactly the right size to be the biggest cutting board that fits into our Miele dishwasher!

Oh, and everything else about the boards is true: light weight, grips food well, and is gentle on your knife edges!

Twice the edge retention!

I have been using a Hasegawa Cutting board for about 6 months now. I love it! I use it with my Moritaka AS Bunka, which can be a bit "chippy" if you are not careful. Not only is it gentle on the blade, but I haven't had to even strop my knife for 4 months (home use) I won't ever go back!
