Use and Care
The core and cladding are reactive. Hand-wash and dry the blade immediately after use. Apply a light coat of food-safe camellia or mineral oil for longer storage. Use a suitable wood or soft synthetic cutting board, and avoid bones, frozen food, twisting, and hard impacts.
