Tsunehisa is a Tosa-based collective that supplies knives from blacksmiths across various regions of Japan. They offer a wide variety of steels and finishes, committed to excellent value while ensuring a handmade fit and finish.

This line of knives is crafted with Blue Super high carbon steel, clad in polished stainless steel for lasting edge retention and ease of maintenance. The tsuchime (hammered) finish aids in food release as the knife glides through the cut, creating air pockets between the steel and food, ensuring a world-class cutting experience.
