The Sanjo walnut handle, accented with a maple stripe, is a Tokushu Knife exclusive. Hand selected by our in-house artist Leo, this handle ensures that your knife looks as exceptional as it performs. Each piece is meticulously paired to enhance both the beauty and balance of the blade.

This Tsunehisa Santoku is made from Aogami Super (AS) carbon steel, known for its outstanding edge retention and ease of sharpening. AS steel contains the highest amount of carbon and chromium among Blue Paper steels, providing exceptional hardness and superior corrosion resistance. The blade is protected by stainless steel cladding and finished with a Nashiji Kurouchi texture for enhanced food release and unique aesthetics.
