Tsunehisa Blue #2 Stainless Clad Nashiji Tsuchime 200mm Gyuto
Tsunehisa is a Tosa-based collective supplying knives from blacksmiths across various regions of Japan. Committed to providing excellent value, they offer a wide variety of steels and finishes, all with a handcrafted fit and finish.
These knives are crafted with a core of Blue #2 steel, encased in a stainless cladding. The handle is made of black Pakkawood with a stainless steel ferrule. The finish improves food release, and the lightweight design reduces fatigue for comfortable and effortless chopping sessions.
A 200mm gyuto is a somewhat unusual size, catering to those who need something longer than a typical 165mm santoku but shorter than the average 210mm gyuto. This versatile length is incredibly adaptable, like its larger counterparts, yet somewhat more nimble.
