Tsunehisa is a Tosa-based collective supplying knives from blacksmiths across the different regions of Japan. Offering a great deal of variety of both steels and finishes under their banner, Tsunehisa is committed to excellent value while providing a handmade fit and finish.

These knives are made with Blue 2 wrapped in a stainless cladding, fitted with a black pakkawood handle and stainless steel ferrule. The finish assists with food release and the light weight helps to reduce fatigue, making for hours of comfortable and easy chopping!

If you find yourself appreciating smaller knives, for smaller all around tasks, you may be looking for a 135mm petty. At this length, it can still be used in hand to comfortably pare an apple, or on the cutting board to finely slice some shallots.
