Experience Precision with Tsunehisa's 300mm Gyuto

This 300mm (11.8") Gyuto from Tsunehisa is a marvel in precision and design. Crafted into an exceptionally thin 2.7mm blade, it stands as one of the thinnest in our range. The knife offers immaculate "out of the box" sharpness, a laser-thin spine, and excellent balance, providing a lightweight feeling during use.

Constructed entirely from VG-1 steel, this knife showcases the efficiency and durability synonymous with this material. VG-1 steel is incredibly easy to maintain due to its fully stainless nature. Unlike many other knives, this Gyuto features a monosteel construction, made entirely from one type of steel.

Great Value Big Gyuto

This is a fun knife. If you want a huge gyuto and don't want to go broke, this is a good choice. It's handy for larger food items, and you won't have to worry about the stainless VG-1 steel as much. It's pretty sharp too, and leaves a nice sheen on the food after cutting.
