On my way to Nashville from Atlanta I decided to make a small detour and stop at Tokushu Knife in Chattanooga. That turned out to be a great (and probably expensive) decision. I had a nikiri in the car that I was planning on dropping off in Atlanta to be sharpened. I decided to see what Tokushu could do with it. They (Boris) knocked it out of the park! While I was waiting on the knife I looked in the showroom and found my new Bunka! The team at Tokushu were extremely helpful and had the knife set up for me in no time. Out of the box sharpness is amazing and the fit and finish is impeccable. Most importantly is how it cuts! I Am so pleased I made the detour and plan on being back soon!
