We are thrilled to introduce the Tokushu Knife Washiji SLD Santoku 165 mm, curated by the Tokushu Knife team. This agile, do-it-all blade marries Hitachi’s SLD semi-stainless tool steel—which we love for its blend of razor-sharpness, edge retention, durability, and easy sharpening—with stainless Washiji cladding whose subtle texture mimics traditional Shoji paper. Just check the choil shot: the lean, laser-like grind punches well above its price point. Finished with a 128 mm carbon-fiber octagonal handle, the knife feels feather-light (~172 g) yet perfectly balanced for everyday kitchen work.

Knives sharpened by Tokushu Knife or fitted with a custom handle remain eligible if they are otherwise new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. The same refund terms apply.
