Known for his exquisite Damascus patterns, especially the Rainbow Damascus, Saji-san presents another stunning option for those who favor monochromatic tones. The Diamond Damascus line exemplifies his mastery in creating diverse patterns using high-quality steels.

The Bunka style knife, akin to a santoku with a flatter belly and a reverse tanto tip (k-tip), excels in precision tasks such as scoring onions or garlic, as well as push/pull cutting techniques. This 180mm blade offers a comfortable grip, even for those new to this knife style.
