The Santoku shape is very versatile. What are the benefits of a blade from a top blacksmith? Any questions of which steel or grind is the best fade away to just... wow. His signature heat treat for VG10 brings the steel to its maximum potential, with a balance of toughness, easy care and excellent sharpness. The edge delivers right out of the box, and it is rare I am not tempted to touch them up on the stones even when brand new.
Add in the real deal forged Damascus, and you have an extremely high quality knife by an excellent blacksmith. This is a one time series for us, so when they are gone they are gone!

Returns: Eligible purchases may be returned within 180 days with a free prepaid return label. Knives sharpened by Tokushu Knife or fitted with a custom handle remain eligible if they are otherwise new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components. The same refund terms apply.
