Features

For those who prefer a carbon steel core, Nigara offers the fan-favorite Aogami Super carbon steel at the heart of this knife. The knife features a uni-lateral migaki finish and a distinctly unique tsuchime (hammered) pattern. If you appreciate grays, this knife presents you with three beautiful shades of them.

The 210mm Kiritsuke Gyuto is designed for those who want precision and versatility. With 30mm less than its 240mm counterpart, the 210mm is ideal for smaller hands, tighter kitchen spaces, and more delicate tasks, without sacrificing the power and utility of a larger blade.
