Moritaka Knives Aogami Super Kiritsuke 210mm

It is no secret that Moritaka Knives produces some of the best knives in the world with their legendary heat treatment. Thirty-one generations of the Moritaka family have built a wealth of knowledge by forging katana swords. Now, they have applied their skills to master a special warikomi forged Aogami Super Steel knife, forged at a low temperature to limit carbon transferring from steel to iron cladding. This helps bring out the best in Aogami Super and is partially responsible for their legendary heat treatment.

Some knives, especially those crafted by masters like Itsuo Doi and Moritaka blacksmiths, have a unique feel off the stones that just feels like magic. That being said, we recommend you let Zach Peters sharpen it for an out-of-this-world out-of-the-box experience.
