Moritaka Knives Bunka
Not to be confused with the Moritaka Special Bunka, this knife is quite unique and fits somewhere between a bunka and Moritaka's kiritsuke design. The knife is highly versatile and a good length to be nimble in your hands.
We only have two of these with this specific handle combination, so if you like it, seize the opportunity. Many people talk about Moritaka Knives "needing to be thinned". This can certainly unlock stellar performance on Moritaka's Models 240mm and longer; however, 210mm and below knives come with a nice profile, and when properly sharpened are quite remarkable.
