Each knife, made by Haruki Miyazaki in his small forge on the Goto Islands, reflects a dedication to traditional techniques and meticulous craftsmanship. With a core of White #1 steel, this blade is expertly laminated using hand-forged wrought iron, resulting in a unique flowing pattern. The knife is heat-treated using pine charcoal and quenched in water, honoring age-old Japanese blacksmithing techniques.

This 175mm Tsubaki blade is a work of art, perfect for collectors and serious chefs alike. Please note, this knife is sold without a handle, allowing you the freedom to customize it to your preference.
