Yuki Series

The Yuki (meaning "snow") series, masterfully forged by Yoshimi Kato, draws its name from the frosty pear skin finish that graces each blade, reminiscent of a winter's snow.

About the Santoku Knife

The term "Santoku" translates to 'Three Virtues' or 'To Solve Three Problems'. Whether you interpret these virtues as meat, fish, and vegetables or slicing, dicing, and mincing, the Santoku stands as a versatile blade.
