The Masakage Yuki Gyuto 210mm combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern performance. Hand-forged by Kato San in Takefu Village, this knife features Hitachi White #2 steel, renowned for its sharpness, and a rustic Nashiji stainless cladding for easy maintenance.
