Great little knife for mincing garlic and other small veggies and herbs, great customer service as always and fast shipping
Love the knife … very sharp … perfect size for me … just keep it dry after using!
This knife is as pretty as the pictures on the website. It's quite thin and cuts well. I suspect Tokushu sharpened the edge before sending it out. Tokushu installed the handle and it looks good.
The knife arrived perfectly fitted to the handle by tokushu knife. The blade was razor sharp. The knife is the perfect size for what I wanted and it arrived quickly with excellent service as always. I had ordered some strop shots from this company a couple years ago (excellent product, highly recommend) and they had really good customer service and were quick to help me with any problems. I highly value customer service, which I why I ordered a knife from them and I will order more in the future.
Great little knife. Excellent craftsmanship. Will be my Breakfast prep knife.

Really happy, great service and products, shipped to the antipodes with haste.
Trusted, customer focused and knowledgeable.
