Rosewood w/ Ebony Ferrule

It's fine! An upgrade to the stock plastic ferrule handle for sure. Install was cleaner than the last knife I purchased here with a house fit handle.

My only gripe, outside of unique aesthetic preferences (color, grain, etc), is the aggressive varnish. Whoever finished this one went extra extra; IMO it makes the knife look cheap AF.
To make matters worse, there's some deep depressions/scratches in said lacquer. I'll most likely make that the motivator to strip the gawdy coating altogether.
