Tsunehisa Ginsan series is forged from Ginsan steel ( ~61hrc) and cladded in stainless. The Ginsan or Silver #3 on this line sharpens really beautifully and has great toughness. The blade has a nashiji finish with texture remaining from forging. The handle is oval magnolia with pakka wood ferrule.
