Don't forget these...
Very few makers have the privileges to work with SRS13. We have teamed up with some top notch makers to provide you with one of the best performing kitchen knife steels available. Powdered metallurgy makes the impossible possible. This steel is tougher, and harder than SG2 and shares the uniform micro carbide structure.
We have added a custom ebony and padauk wa handle for a nice looking, comfortable and killer combination.
