Shindo-san is a Tosa based blacksmith to watch. Why? Because of the thin grind, and the polished Kurouchi finish, which to me felt like a Takeda, and because of the Mazaki like surgical style tip.
If you’re asking “Who is this guy”? I anticipate in the next few years everyone will know him. There is no way this smith isn’t going places.
