Better than TAKADA

Amazing knife!

Nice ft & finish - Nice that there is NO PLASTIC ferrel … It’s real wood and the fit is really nice.

A real garlic & shallot slayer!

I tested it against 3 other knives and it was the winner (IMHO)

I tested it against a TAKEDA Ko-Bocho, a TAKEDA ko-Nakiri, and a Shun classic hollow-ground 5 1/2 inch Santoku.

Plenty of board clearance and almost as thin as the legendary TAKADAs … but nowhere near the $300+ they command (if you can find them.

If you are looking for “an up close” knife this is hard to beat.
